Challenge

The building was refurbished 4 years ago by the landlord. During that period, a building tenant made heavy use of the space, leaving it in need of reimagining to attract future tenants.

Solution

Working with Derwent London and Bloom Construction, Able designed and delivered a bright, modern CAT A+ fit-out to reflect the exceptional communal areas of the building.
