Bill is Able’s Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, leading the practice’s strategy and growth. An architect with over 20 years’ experience delivering landmark projects in the UK and internationally, he is also Chair of RIBA West London.
Ben is Able’s Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the practice’s projects, people and operations. He brings extensive technical delivery experience, ensuring complex projects are well coordinated, efficiently managed and successfully delivered.
David is an architect with over 30 years' experience, having delivered many landmark buildings from conception to completion. His design leadership combines creativity with a strong understanding of user needs.
Beatriz holds a Master’s from KU Leuven and brings excellent graphic and visual communication skills. She works across Able’s urban design and architecture projects, combining strong design thinking with clear communication.
Aniko is a Canadian-trained Architectural Designer who completed her Part 2 at The Bartlett. A talented designer with a strong interest in technical delivery, she works across Able’s commercial projects.
Charlie graduated from The Bartlett with an M.Arch and was nominated for the RIBA Bronze Medal. An experienced project runner, he works across Able’s complex refurbishment and technical delivery projects.
Tin was nominated for the 2025 RIBA Silver Medal for Best Design Portfolio. He brings strong design and technical skills, working across a range of Able’s heritage and technically complex projects.
Tuan is a Senior Architectural Technologist with over 20 years’ industry experience. A Revit specialist, he leads the technical development and coordination of complex projects through RIBA Stage 4.
Duy is a Senior Architectural Technologist and expert Revit user with extensive experience delivering RIBA Stage 4 technical packages for major London projects, bringing rigorous technical knowledge to complex schemes.
James graduated from The Bartlett with an MSci, completing his placement year at Able. He brings strong graphic and computational design skills across a range of urban design and commercial projects.
Finley graduated with First Class Honours from Cardiff and was nominated for the RIBA Bronze Medal in 2025. A strong technical designer, he works across complex commercial refurbishment projects.
Bingchen completed his Part 1 at The Bartlett and brings strong computational design skills. He works across a range of urban design and commercial projects, combining digital expertise with creative problem-solving.
Katherine is studying MSci Architecture at The Bartlett and brings strong technical and design skills. She works across Able’s sports projects, developing and resolving complex geometries and technically challenging designs.
Zihan is an Architectural Designer and Bartlett graduate with First Class Honours. She brings strong graphic and visualisation skills alongside technical expertise, currently working on the delivery of complex office refurbishments.
Yubo is an Architectural Designer and Mackintosh School of Architecture graduate with strong technical expertise. Skilled in Revit, Rhino and Grasshopper, he combines computational design with rigorous technical delivery.
Matthew is an experienced Document Controller with a strong understanding of the document control systems and Common Data Environments used across complex construction projects. He is well versed in information management, workflows and project protocols.
