85 King William Street

Challenges

85 King William Street is a landmark building in London and a trophy asset for Barings. As one lease comes to an end, it is a great opportunity to refresh the space ready for market.

Solution

We designed and delivered a CAT A fit-out which allowed the space to be quickly leased to a new tenant.
